- Product was not accessed or downloaded

- Duplicate or accidental payment made

- Offline/Classroom Training: Refund allowed within 7 days of enrollment if classes have not started
- Online Training: No refund once access is provided
- Workshops & Seminars: Non-refundable once registration is confirmed
5. Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be requested via email
- Tech Optimum may cancel or reschedule programs if required
- Full refund will be issued if cancellation is done by Tech Optimum
