1. Physical Products

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all physical purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us under these conditions:

  • Customers have to ask for a refund for a physical product with in 7 calender days.
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Product isn't used or damaged.
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We will not refund a product if it doesn't meet these conditions.
  • The customer pays for the shipping costs, in case of a return .
  • Items on sale aren't eligible for refunds.
  • Customers should contact us on E-mail (support@techoptimum.in) before returning a product.

2. Digital Products

Only under certain conditions a digital product can be refunded:

  • If product not delivered (the delivery email isn't received by a customer).
  • Download issues (if the product can't be downloaded properly).
  • Major defects (if the product has unexpected errors).
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We will not refund a product if incompatibility with some third-party software arises.
